About US
Jennifer P. McDade, MAI, SRA
Jennifer has been providing both residential and commercial valuation and consulting services for twenty-three years. She has made career moves during that time that gave her valuable exposure to a variety of urban real estate markets, including those in Orlando and Gainesville, Florida; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Nashville, Tennessee. Residing in south Alabama since 2004, Mrs. McDade was previously a partner at The Appraisal and Consultant Group; she is currently the owner of McDade Valuation & Consulting, LLC, as well as the the Senior Managing Director of Heron Valuation Group, LLC. Mrs. McDade has extensive experience and regularly appraises all types of residential and commercial properties; yet, she also specializes in eminent domain assignments. Mrs. McDade is actively involved with several professional organizations, as well. She has recently completed her term on the Mitchell Center for Real Estate Studies Advisory Board, which was proceeded by her tenure as an adjunct professor at the University of South Alabama. Mrs. McDade is now serving on the Board of Directors of the Alabama Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

About US
Scott McDade
Scott is a State of Alabama Real Property Appraiser. He has worked as an appraiser in Baldwin County since 2008. Mr. McDade earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of South Alabama. He has completed continuing education courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and other real estate factions on an annual basis to maintain state licensing requirements.
